I think you are the most level headed person in this discussion for saying that, even though of course Palestinians don't prefer death to life, they often just don't have a chance at life. "To life" is also an Arab toast by the way.

If they preferred life to death they would not put their children on the front line as human shields, they would not engage in war from civilian areas when half their country is open land. They would not use suicide bombings as a means of terrorism, nor would they use illegal chemical and biological weapons.
