Ok…how much time? Pick a date
a childish "are we there yet" question .. we suffered skyrocketing inflation and costs of living in 2022 and 2023 .. it will take time to recover .. now be quite and sit back in your seat or I'll to turn this car around !

Are we talking years? By 2027?

Oil is down 25% as a direct result of trump policy.
Gasoline in Ohio on Monday was <$2.50, less than after Biden first spiked prices in 2021.
The price unfortunately will likely not get back to <$2 because democrats printed Covid checks and diluted the currency.
Trump didn’t print Covid checks?

The average price today is $3.20 a gallon:

In February (2 weeeks after Trump took the oath), prices were lower:

We were told--when this was brought up earlier this year--that the “summer driving season” was the cause. Thats over. What is the excuse now?
Why do you Progs always who these technical science oriented technological papers and when you put your agendas into practice it is a semi cluster####. We spent trillions and trillions of dollars on everything the first two years of Joe and the only thing on highways and bridges is that they painted some lines on a few highways. Infrastructure is important. The most important. And we are making a joke of it.

Yes, in 2022 and 2023, it took time to recover from Trump's fuckups. And by the end of Biden's term, inflation was right at the FED's goal, gas prices had declined, employment was improving and real earnings had just started to turn positive.

Hilarious

You mean all those infrastructure projects Shitler! and republic pols now claim credit for.

during the height of the pandemic .. not near the end like Biden did ..
Ignorance. The American Rescue Plan was passed March 2021. It was the ONLY time Biden issued Covid relief checks. And lets just be honest, those Covid release checks were nothing compared to the expanded unemployment insurance benefits Trump initiated. I mean workers sitting on their damn ass at home making more money than they did working forty hours. Meanwhile, workers in critical industries, like Walmart workers, slugging it out at the same pay, granted, with a few bonuses that their employer provided. And then there is the PPP, Paycheck Protection Plan, the most fraud riddled program in American history, millions of dollars of FREE MONEY handed out to employers, and in many cases, pretend employers.

I remember under Biden, it was close to $4 at one point in my area. Say what you want about Trump, he hasn't reached Biden level of incompetence.

Heil Shitler! would have 5x his level to even be in the discussion.

Does he know who pays his tariffs yet?

Price of gas by President since 2009.

Obama (both terms): 2.97
Trump (1st term): 2.48
Biden: 3.46

Price when Biden entered office: 2.33
Price when Biden left office: 3.08

It's clear the issue resided with the Biden administration among many other issues like open borders. Some of Biden's screw ups can't be fixed over night.

Everywhere on the blue-hell west coast the average price is over $4.
