She was initially right on Snowden. It's sad she has to back track to try and get confirmed. She noted that what he did was illegal. It was NOT. We have protections for whistleblowers and that is what Snowden did.

He did it in response to Clapper lying to the country under oath. It's sad that Clapper lies about the government unconstitutional spying and he gets a free pass but the one who exposed the lies had to flee the country.
