It's terribly disrespectful when a government official parodies other government officials.

Trump broke the law by starting the war in Iran without Congress.

This is of course, a lie. as the law does not require the President to obtain congressional approval before he acts.

Presidents can start wars by themselves ONLY if there is an IMMINENT threat to us, or have congressional authorization.
