Vindeman testified at Trump’s First Impeachment, even though he wasn’t in the room when the call was made, but did read the transcript of the call. He is widely believed to have been the whistleblower who revealed the existence of that phone call.

Fiona Hill said she told JohnnBolton about the call and he told her to go “talk to the lawyers” about it. She also testified at the Trial. And she was in the room when it happened.
