The plebeian left type of democracy does not suit the people. General elections allow the people of a state to be manipulated with the help of other states. Each state must nominate its representatives to the Senate, and the Senate must vote for the Head of State.

Except that is not how it works under the US Constitution. It seems most of your suggestions are unconstitutional.

I definitely can understand your viewpoint. Unfortunately due to the current state of the human condition(human nature) there is room for corruption in both viewpoints of democracy, as the Romans found out the hard way. Unfortunately senators can be purchased by big money players. There remains no perfect system of governance for as I said above; the problem lays within the state of our current human nature,.

If the problem lies in nature, then the solution must lie in choosing the worthy and excluding the unworthy.

But I think that the problem is not only in nature, but also in the system that scammers and slave owners build for themselves

For all its warts, I believe our system is the best. The US Constitution provides a framework of laws and guarantees rights & freedoms for its citizens.

Your continued use of the word "slave" is inaccurate.

I am not sure how you propose to choose the "worthy" and exclude the "unworthy". I'd be most curious how you determine who is worth and who is not.

This is due to the fact that in the US there are fewer slave left restrictions adopted in Europe. But it's fading

The US is closer to the right-wing patrician model, in particular, the states have independence, and there are mechanisms against plutocracy

By moral character. The right ruler must comply with the knightly ideals of disinterestedness, honor, the right attitude towards a woman, and so on, as well as have high intelligence and prove his prowess on the battlefield.

There are no slaves in the US, with the possible exception of underground and illegal trafficking.

First of all, how does a society as large as ours find such a "ruler" with "knightly ideals of disinterestedness"

And what, pray tell, would the "right attitude towards women" be?

Proving prowess on the battlefield is a mostly worthless qualification.

These qualities define an incorruptible honest and wise ruler.
