Reverse mortgage pays you instead of you paying mortgage!
Or if you sell house to individual you have the individual pay you!
Pretty simple isn't it?

I want to know if you have a legal binding document with a legitimate company like Thompson (former lawyer, senator) would KNOW if there was a public screw job..
