If Trump's Lawyers went into court and said, "Judge Cuzial is a Mexican and can't give my client a fair shake because he wants to build a wall", they not only would be laughed out of court, but they'd be SANCTIONED for doing it. Oh please, everybody is making a bigger deal out of this than it really is. So let me ask:
If there was a Democrat Hispanic nominee that was accused of the same thing, and he went before a White judge who is known to be involved in......let's say the White Rights group (making that up of course) who's parents were descendants of Europe, and this Hispanic was running on a platform to stop European immigration to this country, and the white judge then ruled against the Hispanic, don't you think that would be reason to question his personal involvement in this case?
And also let me ask: how many times has a case of a black been moved out of an area because he felt he couldn't get a "fair trial" with a jury in a white community? OJ sure seems to come to mind. I'm sure there are plenty others if you wish me to look.
Unlike OJ and other blacks, at least Trump gave this guy a fair shot. And let's not forget the political bias as well. The legal team representing the complainants donated a lot of money to the Clinton foundation and known for their charity to Democrat causes. Who is Trump running against again?

Here's the thing. You talk about how mean this judge was, but all he did was release the statements of witnesses at the request of the press. This is done ALL THE TIME when people are running for office. For instance, when Jack Ryan ran against Barack Obama in 2004, he tried to hide his divorce proceedings, but a judge released them to the press.
Wait a minute, since when is it a judges duty to do press work for any media? The judge did this to get even with Trump when he was at a rally in San Diego bashing the judges decisions. In fact, the very same day.
But that's not what Trumps really pissed about. He's really pissed because this hasn't been thrown out of court yet and yes, is taking years to resolve.
What Trump is upset about is that the people he scammed are seeking legal redress from his scam.
Frankly, we should be glad that Judge Cuziel let us know how he scammed these people.
If somebody got scammed, then somebody got scammed. It doesn't take years to prove that. You either got scammed or you didn't.
The longer this plays out, the more expensive it is for Trump and the judge knows that. The lawyers for the plaintiffs are working on contingency so it's no sweat off of their shoulders. Their payoff is if Hillary gets elected.
Most litigation of this type takes years to play out in the courts.
