Donald Trump, like any American citizen, has the right to a fair trial by a fair and impartial judge or jury. He feels that he can't get this from this judge, and he has a valid case. The judge has removed one of the plaintiffs from the trial because of a lack of credibility and unsealed evidence and released it to the media, then tried to reseal it after reconsidering, so Trump wants the judge to recuse himself. It's his right to ask. The left doesn't seem to feel he has this right.

i linked to the docket in another thread about this law suit. the suit was filed by the plaintiff, and the plaintiff was represented by two law firms. as always. this was in 2010. the judge decided to certify class, and appointed class counsel, namely the two law firms already representing the plaintiff. this should not be confusing. who the fuck would think that a judge is confronted with a case and then selects law firms to represent the plaintiff. hahahah

I'm not against examining the jury to see if their is some kind of prejudice in the jurors but just assuming that if someone is white that they are racist is and has been the game the left has been playing for years. Just the fact that the judge supports LaRaza makes me question his loyalty to our country's laws. Clearly, he doesn't care about them or he wouldn't support those who break them. Judges have a sworn duty to uphold laws and yet he supports a group that exists to promote breaking our federal laws regarding immigration and deportation of those here illegally. Now we're supposed to believe that law will matter in the Trump University case. Is this guy selective in which laws he adheres to or not? Off the bench with this guy!

The left has already stated, many times, that Trump will lose the support of Latinos because he wants border security. The judge is obviously passionate about us not having border security since he is leading the pack for supporting illegals and politicians who don't take our federal laws seriously.
