Yesterday in my neighborhood there were foreigners blocking the street with their cars and dancing, I assume there was an engagement or a wedding and they picked up the bride or something. The Austrian neighbors complained and said they wanted to photograph it and report the foreigners. The foreigners didn't bother me, they don't do it every day or usually, it was an exceptional situation. I'm guessing engagement or marriage. How do you see it, were the foreigners cheeky?
