What's interesting is how this loser didn't make a plea deal given all the past (and I'm sure) current political associations he has. He's going to lie right until the end and chance several years in prison. Will the boys there be happy about that.

It's one thing to get caught red handed, but the person he claims assaulted him showed authorities the canceled check he was paid for doing so and this Smollett character admitted to having sex with the guy.
