Zone1 Florida School Tells "others" to leave

As I've often noted, having the right does not make what one does, right.

Liminting membership to members that share the beliefs and goals of the group, is Right.

I was at a party recently, where a significant portion of the party were members of a local salsa dance club. I could join it. Of course, I have zero interest in salsa dancing. Maybe I could get another friend to join it, and we could go to meetings and instead of salsa dancing we could....use their space to practice rollblading.

Why not? SInce it's "wrong" to limit member ship to people that share the interests and goals of the group. Right? Explain to me what what you want is different.

But IMO not what Jesus would have done.

The KKK has the right to hold a rally in the local park. That does not mean what they do is right.

NBC NEWS 8/19/22

A religious school in Florida says it will refer to students only by their biological sex, while pupils who are gay, transgender or gender nonconforming "will be asked to leave the school immediately."

NBC News obtained an email from Grace Christian School in Valrico, about 20 miles east of Tampa, sent before the beginning of the school year by Administrator Barry McKeen.

The subject line of the email reads: "Important School Policy Point of Emphasis. ... Please Read."

The June 6 correspondence to parents cited scripture and said that students will be referred to by the "gender on their birth certificates" during the school year beginning this month. While the email refers to "biological gender," the National Institute of Health defines "gender" as a social construct, as opposed to "sex," which is the biological difference between females and males.

"We believe that God created mankind in His image: male (man) and female (woman), sexually different but with equal dignity," the email said.

"Therefore, one's biological sex must be affirmed and no attempts should be made to physically change, alter, or disagree with one's biological gender — including, but not limited to, elective sex reassignment, transvestite, transgender, or non-binary gender fluid acts of conduct (Genesis 1:26-28). Students in school will be referred to by the gender on their birth certificate and be referenced in name in the same fashion."

It continued: "We believe that any form of homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, transgender identity/lifestyle, self-identification, bestiality, incest, fornication, adultery and pornography are sinful in the sight of God and the church (Genesis 2:24; Leviticus 18:1-30; Romans 1:26-29; I Corinthians 5:1; I Corinthians 6:9; I Thessalonians 4:2-7)."

"Students who are found participating in these lifestyles will be asked to leave the school immediately," the email said.

Points of interest here:

1. WHY NOW? Surely the administrators of this school aren't brain dead enough think NOW is the only time these people have been going to this school. I assume the idiots running this school have decided to jump into the hate propaganda of the currtent political circus going on.

2. Most of these religiously managed schools are pretty quiet and focus on actual LEARNING, not BRAINWASHING the kids with current propaganda and political lies. There was NO mention of any PROBLEMS that have arisen from the LBGTMNOP kids going to this school. So again.......WHY NOW??

3. I'm not religious, but this is ignorant and stupid. Why not just develop a class to teach these kids the REALITIES of being biological males and females, and anything else is just a mask or coverup. Not all of us like how we were born, but help in understanding why we have to live with it, and that they are ONLY KIDS and don't know anything about the REAL world or reality as living as an adult is advantageous, to say the least.

4. Again, these are just KIDS. All they know is what BS and lies the lying media pumps out.
When I was young, I was told its "so easy" to be a good person, get a job, save your money, and live the way you want to live. NOTHING BUT LIES! We weren't told anything about the perils of adulthood, or the pain and suffering that comes along with it.

In fact, when I was a kid, we weren't even allowed to ask "adult questions", as we would "find out when we got older"......well, by then it was FAR TOO LATE!! A heads up when we were young would have been something we could have USED in our lives. So why not give these kids a "heads up" instead of ostracizing them?
.

Who's to say it is intended to only address students currently attending the school, and not marketing?

They openly stated their policies at a private institution that is at least marginally protected by its religious status.
That's all they had to do to get you, NBC News and a plethora of other people who want to jump on the bandwagon to provide them with free advertising.

It may not have that much at all to do with students being pushed out the door ...
As it does with providing an environment that is more appealing to new admissions from families that are disgusted with the current direction in the alternative.

Right, wrong, indifferent and whatever you may believe about one thing or another could be irrelevant ...
Messaging, Product Distinction and Placement ... Can be Marketing and Sales.

Would you like a contingent of the Klan joining some group you are a member of, and distrupting it's normal procedures?

If it's a Christian school, this is just symbolic. The perverts and irregulars are weeded out before the kids get to the front door. It's not like they will actually be expelling anyone based on these policies.
Agreed. They're just taking a political stand. I'm sure there aren't any queer kids in this school.

Massachusetts private schools may have a problem, though, now that I think of it.
