Florida Rep Congressman tells Dem Chairman "Close your mouth and let me ask my questions."

This is Brian Mast. For what it's worth, he lost both legs in Afghanistan serving as a bomb disposal technician in a special forces unit. Doesn't mean that he's right about everything, any more than Tammy Duckworth is right about everything. But it does mean that he will not be phased by the sputtering indignance of the pasty-faced chairman.

He takes issue with a Biden administration witness who wants to spend U.S. tax dollars helping other countries build oil pipelines across state (meaning country) lines and reduce harmful regulations. Mast asks the witness "so you support pipelines?" leading to the usual word salad Biden witnesses prefer to straight answers.

Clearly the time has come for those representatives who still believe that they represent their voters, and not the current goals of the DNC to stop playing the game of asking questions and then spending their five minutes allotted time trying to get the witness to answer. Just make a four minute fifty-five second speech and see how much time the Democratic chairman gives the witness to answer.
