Those cowardly looters would think twice if there were such a law.

Of course -- sadly-- if a looter is actually shot, the bleeding hearts would go raving mad.

And the Biden administration, which is full of BLM supporters, would step in to stop the enforcement of such a law.

So that law ain't going anywhere.

I live in a Florida county that is a “gun sanctuary.” I have a concealed weapons permit and I carry.

I fully support the Florida “Stand Your Ground“ law and feel extending it to cover violent mobs and looting is a great idea. I also do not believe protests should be allow to stop traffic. That slows down emergency response by police, fire and EMS personnel as well as people trying to drive to a hospital.

This nation may have to suffer from Biden as President and then Harris when Joe steps down but at least my state of Florida has a damn good governor right now.

That's good! In my case I wouldn't shoot someone over some minor incident but if they put me in fear of my or my wifes life or they are breaking in, trying to steal my car, etc, too bad. You gonna get shot.
