Don't make me look up the U.S. Codes. No you do not. Under certain section of US Law, Hillary, Huma and Weiner have all committed felonies. No intent required. All you need to do is compromise one matter of national security (carelessness), even if you are not aware of doing it, with no malice or bad intent. If a classified paper sticks to the bottom of your shoe as you walk out the door, you've committed a felony. Of course, it is provable they've done much much more.
