Fascism or Socialism?

Fascism or Socialism?

I need a coherent definition of what fascism is. Not one the defines it as "right wing" when it doesn't define "rightwing."

Before you can call fascism "rightwing" you have to define "right wing." So tell us, what is the definition of "rightwing?"

That's clearly wrong. Britannica is a leftwing source, so it's hardly surprising that it would label fascism as "rightwing," and then not bother to define it.
They're a dictionary, and encyclopedias. The definitions are right there. You might have to click a link. I'm sorry if it's confusing.

The dictionary link I just connected to says this:
"The word right, in contrast, refers to people or groups that have conservative views. That generally means they are disposed to preserving existing conditions and institutions. Or, they want to restore traditional ones and limit change."

The Collins dictionary offers this for "right wing":
1. members of a conservative or reactionary political party, or those opposing extensive political reform
2. such a political party or a group of such parties
3. that part of a political or social organization advocating a conservative or reactionary position.

Merriam-Webster:
8 a often capitalized : individuals professing support of the established order and favoring traditional attitudes and practices and conservative governmental policies

Dr. Paul M. Johnson of Auburn University also has this glossary of political economic terms online here: A Glossary of Political Economy Terms - Dr. Paul M. Johnson
I'll let you read them on your own.

Regardless of what you think about Britannica, the dictionaries and encyclopedias of the world agree with the majority of the political scientists and historians of the world:
Communism and socialism are of the left wing, because they promote total equality among all members of society, which is a benchmark of liberalism.
Fascism is exclusively of the right wing, because it promotes class division and concentration of power in the privileged few, which is also a benchmark of conservatism.

'So will the op define the purpose of the 2 party question, which I think is the punch line of this poll'.

'Both are basically the same in my view. They both take control of everything and tell you how to live cradle to grave'.

The dumbass wanted 'freedom'.
No controls.
No laws to abide by.

Bir Tawil is the last truly unclaimed land on earth: a tiny sliver of Africa ruled by no state, inhabited by no permanent residents and governed by no laws.

Thought I would help the moron, out.

Fascist is corporate authoritarian or dictatorship, communism is left-wing dictatorship that owns all business and industry, and socialism is fair Democratic capitalism with a good safety net. Like every modern country but us thanks to you idiots.

Fascism is exclusively of the right wing, because it promotes class division and concentration of power in the privileged few,

Truth or desecration then.....?

We Don't want fascism or communism because those are dictatorships, which never work. Someday brainwashed English speakers will realize that socialism is always democratic in practice. Ask any goddamn socialist for Chrissake. In English speaking countries, socialism and communism are conflated totally so you can't have a civil or civilized conversation about socialism. Thanks supercapitalist Englishmen! In France Germany Scandinavia Romania Italy etc etc, they have had communist and socialist parties at the same time and the difference is democracy and all that entails. You idiots keep arguing your garbage propaganda from both sides. Or you could make the differentiation everyone else does and we can make some progress in the United States of savage capitalism. It is all about a living age health care daycare paid parental leave cheap college and training great infrastructure and vacations and taxing the rich for chrissake!!! Not about North Korea the USSR Cuba or Vietnam for God's sake people.

It is, moron.
If you and the idiot want total freedom from government 'telling you how to live from cradle to grave', move to Bir Tawil.

Evidently, you and the idiot don't like law and order.

Why don't you?

Trump even stated :
President Trump offered some unsolicited praise for Kim Jong Un at the G-7 summit in France on Monday — saying the North Korean dictator and his country have “tremendous potential”.

“Kim Jong Un, who I’ve gotten to know extremely well — the first lady has gotten to know Kim Jong Un and I think she would agree with me — he is a man with a country that has tremendous potential.”

Get in on the bottom floor.

No, they aren't. Fortunately, ignorance is a problem you can solve.
I try.
People don't listen.

So, what kind of strict limits do 'libertarians' want on state government?

www.libertarianism.org

A libertarian is committed to the principle that liberty is the most important political value. Liberty means being free to make your own choices about your own life, that what you do with your body and your property ought to be up to you. Other people must not forcibly interfere with your liberty, and you must not forcibly interfere with theirs.

Furthermore, libertarians tend to believe that most (if not all) of the claims to special authority made by the various governments around the world are unjustifiable. Governments assert wide‐reaching powers to control people’s day‐to‐day conduct.

When ordinary people aren’t careful to respect their neighbors’ privacy, or presume to boss other people about or physically interfere with them, those of us concerned with justice and civility object. We might say: “Stop that. Mind your own business.” But the agents of the state act like the same rules don’t apply to them.

Once they decide they want to do a thing, they generally don’t stop to consider whether doing it is any of their business in the first place, or whether they’re going about doing it in a way that disrespects the dignity or autonomy of their fellows. Legislators, bureaucrats, police, and other agents who enforce the state’s commands treat other people as pawns on a chessboard to be maneuvered into whatever configuration they deem best.

The subject isn't Trump, cement head.

Now move your sorry knuckle dragging ass to North Korea.

It's not about other people. Search yourself. Root out your bigotry and ignorance - search for the truth. You can do it!

Government should be limited to protecting our rights. It shouldn't be used as a tool to "run" society.

Yep. Did you read it? Does it say anything like "No controls. No laws to abide by", or any of the other horseshit you've been spinning? No, it does not. Thanks for posting it.

Infiltrators, agent provocateurs, and the mob that they spurred on are now libertarians?

Holy shit, Rocky!....You're an even bigger dope than I had already imagined.
Libertarians vote Trump, Trumptards attacked the capitol.

'Infiltrators, agent provocateurs'?
Sure, anyone but Trumptards.

So gullible, just like Trump.
