Food stamps is not a lifestyle. It is to temporarily help out a down-on-their-luck family. To hell with Obama's campaign to normalize the benefit. If you get FS, every other dollar you get needs to go to rent, food, utilities, gas for your case, and healthcare. There should be none of your money going to cigarettes, lottery, getting your nails done, grape soda and Cheetos, fast food, or any other item not necessary to the basic functioning of your family until you become able to buy all of your own food. FS are to keep your kids fed, not to improve your life by diverting food money to buy a ******* gold chain.

Prior to Obamacare, health insurance prices were rising on average and at minimum ...10% a year and higher.

After Obamacare ...health insurance prices have risen on average 5%-6% a year...

It improved under democrats...or it improved after Obamacare was instituted Harry, though still too high ...and unacceptable!!!

so it went up right?...i knew a few people obama care didnt help at all....obama should have just tried to help those people who didnt have any ins...many who had ins it made their ins worse...

You betcha they've still gone up....more than our inflation rate every year! Obamacare only lowered the insurance companies rate of increase....which didn't address affordability, Insurance companies are still reaping it in.

BUT it should be noted, Obamacare brought benefits that were not there for policy holders before Obama care....insurers now covered preexisting conditions without making it unaffordable, children living at home could continue on parent's insurance until 25 yrs old, you couldn't be dropped if you got a disease like cancer and costing them more....

It does still stink though....insurance companies are reaping it up with ACA monies, and addressing the costs of medical care and what can be done to make it less expensive was not addressed....more doctors, more hospitals etc...an increase in supply vs demand could lower medical costs, perhaps?
