Biden knew what his son was doing. When did that become illegal? Because knowing what your son is doing is not a crime. Nor is it illegal for the child of a politician to earn a living.

We've all been deluged with the lurid tales of this Hunter Biden fellow keeping exotic reptiles in the White House basement for immoral purposes, etc. but, If the pantywaists still need to annoy the President by their tedious propaganda campaign to demonize one or more of his relatives, their lengthening record of unsubstantiated aspersions only underscores their impotence in bringing substantive charges against him. If Citizen Biden is as monstrous a dastard as they are wont to fantasize, surely they can find something!
With so many Republicans eager to prosecute, where is the evidence needed to produce even a single actionable indictment? Years of whining, and they have yet to contrive one charge!
