We could always micro-chip them, release them, and then drone target them, as long as there is a Democrat in the White-House. 
Release them? Seriously? Do we equate who is a threat and who isn't? How many of those already released have gone on to do us more harm? It would seem that the right thing to do is act in the interest of our own self preservation, here. Should we be treating them humanely? Yes.
