DEI is massive and widespread discrimiantion in jobs and promotions and admissions, and who knows what else.


That is real. Not just a distraction. Reversing this poiicy can make a real difference to millions and millions of people.

There are more white woman than blacks, so of course in absolute numbers it appears they gain more. But the fact is that blacks, and particularly female blacks, are most likely to gain.from DEI.

Put a white woman and a black woman up for the same job, and the black woman will get it even if she’s less competent.

My oppostion to the policy is based on it being unfair to the poeple that are denied jobs based on race or other issue.

I am against discriminating against people and this poilcy causes harm to people.


Nothing you have said, explains any connection between your "Fact" and the reasons that people oppose the policy.

You give a job to some guy that you think "deserves" it, you deny it to person who would have, should have gotten the job.

This is about keeping people from being denied a job they are qualified for because of their color or sex.

When you look at a force adn decide that it needs more "diversity" so you choose to hire a black guy,

that is denying all white people from even being considered.

That is the way it is actually done.

Your stonewalling on this, is only fooling teh very inexperienced.

Mo. You have to decide whether to hire one guy or the other regardless of their color. You can't just hire the white man because you think women don't belong in the workplace and you don't like black people.

And if you've hired 37 white guys in a row with no minoritiesd or females in the mix they might take a look at your hiring practices.
