What is happening here, is that you are ignoring what is actually being said about dei,
No, I'm not. I'm trying to educate you people on what it really is, rather than what the tRumplings claim it is.

no, but i just think we should return to promoting meritocracy over any kind of veiled racism, and not just in the US.
You cannot return to what never was.

That bit, where you ignore what we say, and focus on your task of "educating you people"?

That's you ignoring what we say. Which you are denying taht is what you do.

Also, if you want to be taken seriously at all, drop the "tRumplings" shit talk.

Plenty of people in this thread, treating you and your questions seriously and honestly.

You should return that civility.

Crepitus is another black who doesn’t understand per capita. The fact of the matter is that the group MOST LIKELY to benefit from DEI (the new name for AA) is FEMALE BLACKS.

You’re missing my point. You fell right into Crepitus’ failed logic.

maybe I am missing the point.

To me, i oppose dei because of two reasons,

1. it unfairly discriminates AGAINST people.

2. it leads to lower quality of services.

I don't really care about who BENEFITS, from it. I don't blame them. Someone applies for a job, they are not part of the process of picking themselves.

The choice of them is not really on THEM, it is on the person(s) making the choice.

The point I was making is there is a difference between what group benefits the most, in terms of absolute numbers, and what group is most likely to benefit.

Racists who defend DEI like to push that woman benefit the most - to show it doesn’t help blacks as much as it does women (ignoring that there are more women than blacks). It’s a deceitful way to deny how DEI is racist against whites.

Your reasons for opposing DEI are the same as mine. It is discriminatory, and it lowers the overall competency of the American workforce.

I did miss that, and it is a valid point.

DEI is also a deliberate effort to lower the caliber of America on the world stage - by the anti-American far left. When your prioritize anything other than competence as the primary factor in hiring, you get less competence.

An obvious example? You end up with a ridiculous half-time show of 50 blacks and not a single white - because it was more important to the NFL to exclude whites than to have a show of talent.
