Use this thread to organize all the news and discussion on a state-wide basis for states still in contention..
It's VOLUNTARY.. But we'll get better discussions if all the facts and evidence, rumors and conspiracies don't all get mixed up.. These sticky threads will be here for 30 days and then left to float..

The problem isn't the ballots, it's the registration and verification. That requires an audit. Yet we still see changes in a simple canvas. So clearly there are some problems.

3rd monitor, a Democrat: “Hundreds of these ballots seemed impeccable, with no folds or creases. The bubble selections were perfectly made … only observed selections in black ink, and all
happened to be selections for Biden

>>> Amid growing threats targeting several justices after several high-profile rulings against President Donald Trump, the Wisconsin Supreme Court Chief Justice Patience Roggensack issued a rare statement Friday, saying, "No justice should be threatened or intimidated based on his or her religious beliefs."
>>> She added, "Threats of actual or proposed violence have no place in public discourse in a democratic society."
>>> A spokesperson for Justices Jill Karofsky and Rebecca Dallet told WISN 12 News they've been targeted with anti-Semitic threats, adding the volume and intensity has hit a new level.
>>> On Monday, Justice Brian Hagedorn exclusively told WISN 12 News he's receiving extra police presence.

>>> Although the Supreme Court of Wisconsin has found that the state right to bear arms is a fundamental right, it has also held that the right is subject to reasonable regulation. In State v. Cole, the court upheld a law prohibiting the carrying of concealed weapons because the law was “a reasonable regulation on the time, place, and manner in which the right to bear arms may be exercised.” {State v. Cole, 2003 WI 112, ¶ 28, 264 Wis. 2d 520, ¶ 28, 665 N.W.2d 328, ¶ 28.}
>>> However, in State v. Hamdan, a companion case to Cole, the supreme court carved out an exception to this law and reaffirmed the constitutional right to bear arms for the purpose of security.{2003 WI 113, 264 Wis. 2d 433, 665 N.W.2d 785 (2003).} The court emphasized that the state may regulate firearms under its police power, noting that “only if the public benefit in… exercise of the police power [to regulate firearms] is substantially outweighed by an individual’s need to conceal a weapon in the exercise of the right to bear arms will an otherwise valid restriction on that right be unconstitutional as applied.”{State v. Hamdan, 2003 WI 113, ¶ 46, 264 Wis. 2d 433, ¶ 46, 665 N.W.2d 785, ¶ 46.}
