The overall effect of Brown v Board was to kill the concept of "separate but equal," and I'm all in favor; it deserved to be killed. (Parenthetically, it also stood for the proposition that kids were entitled to go to their neighborhood schools, and not be bused someplace else for racial reasons. Th kid in question in Brown lived in a "white" neighborhood and was bused to school in the nearest "colored" neighborhood. That got lost in the shuffle somehow).

I fail to see the connection between what I posted and that historical Supreme Court decision.
