Due Process??

God you’re so fucking stupid.

Claiming Asylum doesn't mean they are here legally, it only means they are CLAIMING it. Our laws let them stay until they can be investigated as to the viability of their claim. The big problem is that Biden let in too many millions to check all those claims. What Biden did was treasonous, IMO. Frankly, I think the people around him, being Marxists, have done this purposely to take down our government. They hate America and want to build 'back' a Marxist Utopia (which can never exist and has never existed) where they can exterminate all the 'unwanted' 'Trumpers' they hate him equally because he represents a strong America.
People who have pending asylum claims are legally permitted to remain in the country until that process is completed.

You admit, right here, that you hate the founders and the philosophical bases on which our nation is founded, i.e. Enlightenment values and Natural Law.

It is clear that you don't believe non-citizens have existing rights, regardless of government. But real Americans know, that god given rights come with being alive and human, it is known as natural law.

At the founding, slaves were denied their human rights, (mostly b/c the southern reps did not consider them fully human.) We have since amended the constitution, to recognize that they do. The court has ruled, that so do children.

Even the Alien and Sedition Acts, which were signed by President Adams, arguable next to Jefferson, the greatest influence in writing the Constitution, did not negate the right to habeas corpus in those Acts.

"They were endorsed by the Federalist Party of President John Adams as a response to a developing dispute with the French Republic and to related fears of domestic political subversion."

Your ignorance on this issue? Is frankly astounding. Are you even an American?

Back to history class with you! Jefferson had NOTHING to do with the Constitution as he was in Paris as our ambassador. James Madison wrote the majority of the Constitution.

As far as I'm concerned, magaturds never did. 🤷‍♀️
Nobody with a working brain gives a rat’s ass about your concern. You’re just a vermin imbecile, Dickweed.

Now, then; Back ON point:

We are all entitled to due process. But the question is always this:

What “process” IS “due?” For an illegal alien, the correct answer is “not a boatload.”

Curious that you presume American citizens have no rights to due process.

What happened to the due process of citizens who were saddled with your illegals being imported by the millions in violation of immigration law?

Within days of 9/11.

If an American citizen has joined the opposing side, I’m pretty sure the military can kill them.
Show us the declaration that Congress declared war.

I’m really, really sure you’re just a clueless hack.

the legislature has deemed it essential to the protection of one whose life or liberty is involved in a prosecution for felony, that he shall be personally present at the trial, that is, at every stage of the trial when his substantial rights may be affected by the proceedings against him. If he be deprived of his life or liberty without being so present, such deprivation would be without that due process of law required by the Constitution.

— Hopt v. Utah 110 US 574, 28 L Ed 262, 4 S Ct 202 (1884).

So just kill them without any process...OK.

It’s a war. Like an actual war.

How is that at all comparable to picking up a guy driving his kid home after working all day in construction?
But it wasn’t a war.,

It’s like you’re a moron. Like an actual moron.

Either you are for due process or you're not.

Was he killed? Was he here illegally?
