Due Process??

OK. That's sweet. But he and Biden literally deported hundred of thousands of illegals without hearings or seeing a judge.

Which is why your cult's constant whining and chanting Due Process is nothing more than hypocritical partisan bullshit
You don’t know what you’re talking about and you refuse to listen.

A prison where people are incarcerated without basic human rights.

That’s an apt description for CECOT
Yours is an apt description for a fraud you mindlessly cut and paste because you don’t understand what you cut and paste.

Deal with reality rather than spewing your typical ad hominem

You admit, right here, that you hate the founders and the philosophical bases on which our nation is founded, i.e. Enlightenment values and Natural Law.

It is clear that you don't believe non-citizens have existing rights, regardless of government. But real Americans know, that god given rights come with being alive and human, it is known as natural law.

At the founding, slaves were denied their human rights, (mostly b/c the southern reps did not consider them fully human.) We have since amended the constitution, to recognize that they do. The court has ruled, that so do children.

Even the Alien and Sedition Acts, which were signed by President Adams, arguable next to Jefferson, the greatest influence in writing the Constitution, did not negate the right to habeas corpus in those Acts.

"They were endorsed by the Federalist Party of President John Adams as a response to a developing dispute with the French Republic and to related fears of domestic political subversion."

Your ignorance on this issue? Is frankly astounding. Are you even an American?

“At the founding, slaves were denied their human rights, (mostly b/c the southern reps did not consider them fully human.)”

And the democrat party, “ The Party of Slavery” literally went to war to protect their ideology that their slaves were not human.

The Trump Admin can't just defy or make a "mistake" on a Court Protection Order because they don't agree with it.

Under the law, the admin has to petition the Court to have this Court Order for protection removed...and it easily could have been removed by the court if the Admin could show there was no longer a threat in ElSalvador for him, and if Garcia and his attorneys could not show good evidence of a threat still existing.

And even if Garcia had his court order protection sustained, the Admin could always deport him to a different country.

The due process Garcia was not given at issue with the SC.... I think is only about Garcia getting his due process in court, regarding the above, the removal or sustaining of the Court Order for deportation protection from being sent to ElSalvador.

Follow the law. It is orderly, and for everyone's benefit in the short and long run, imho!

Democrats will insist that the Magic Kenyan and their senile god were exempt from the very “due process” they insist their illegals are now entitled to.

I don't like you folks making a big deal of it NOW. If you would have opened your mouth when Obama or Clinton was doing it, you may have a point.

You didn't. So you don't.
Fair point!

The law which modified the Immigration and Nationality Act (the INA) is the IIRIRA. It was passed by Congress and signed by former President Clinton in 1996-97.

“Follow the law. It is orderly, and for everyone's benefit in the short and long run, imho!”

What you mean is “follow the law while giving p democrats an entitlement to ignore the law”

What was orderly or following the law when democrats literally imported their illegals via commercial airline?

Of course they are!! Wow.
the legislature has deemed it essential to the protection of one whose life or liberty is involved in a prosecution for felony, that he shall be personally present at the trial, that is, at every stage of the trial when his substantial rights may be affected by the proceedings against him. If he be deprived of his life or liberty without being so present, such deprivation would be without that due process of law required by the Constitution.

Burden is on them to prove it. And sooner rather than later, all the asylum scammers will be thrown back across the river to wait for their hearing date.
Not exactly.

(c) Aliens present in the United States without being admitted or paroled. In the case of a respondentcharged as being in the United Stateswithout being admitted or paroled, the Service must first establish the alienage of the respondent. Once alienage has been established, unless the respondentdemonstrates by clear and convincing evidence that he or she is lawfully in the United States pursuant to a prior admission, the respondent must prove that he or she is clearly and beyond a doubt entitled to be admitted to the United States and is not inadmissible as charged.

8 CFR § 1240.8 - Burdens of proof in removal proceedings.

Once the government meets its initial burden, the burden THEN shifts to the respondent (the alleged illegal alien).

But the initial burden is on the one making the claim. The government.

Sometimes, but not always. He’s rounded up people with protected status or asylum applications who are here legally.

But even if they’re here illegally, you don’t send people to a gulag for that.
Claiming Asylum doesn't mean they are here legally, it only means they are CLAIMING it. Our laws let them stay until they can be investigated as to the viability of their claim. The big problem is that Biden let in too many millions to check all those claims. What Biden did was treasonous, IMO. Frankly, I think the people around him, being Marxists, have done this purposely to take down our government. They hate America and want to build 'back' a Marxist Utopia (which can never exist and has never existed) where they can exterminate all the 'unwanted' 'Trumpers' they hate him equally because he represents a strong America.
