Hiring managers in the private sector are different. They nearly always resent being pressured to hire more blacks, because they know that few blacks are unable to perform well. Also, bosses do not want discipline problems with blacks. If a black person is not performing well his boss wants to be able to reprimand him without being called a racist.

Finally, a lot of bosses dislike Negroes, and want to have nothing to do with them. They know most of their subordinates feel the same way.

When the Supreme Court rules against affirmative action in hiring, millions of Negroes will lose well paying jobs. This will open up opportunities for whites and Orientals

Nobody ever says that the ghetto needs to diversify by having more Whites move there. Indeed, when Whites do move into black areas it's called gentrification and is roundly condemned by the people who say we need more diversity. No one ever says that the barrios are too Hispanic and could use more White people to make them more diverse. Nobody ever laments that Chinatown is too Chinese and could benefit from White people moving in. South America isn't considered too Hispanic. Africa isn't considered too brown. Asia isn't considered too Asians. When Whites move to those places it's condemned as colonization. When non-Whites flood into majority White countries it's not called colonization or an invasion. What a stupid bunch of drivel that comes across as "White people are superior" and "We must preserve the white race at all costs".

"Gentrification" isn't white people moving into the ghetto, it's rich people moving into poor neighbourhoods, buying cheap housing and upgrading it, driving out the low income residents.

"Colonization" isn't white people "moving into" non-white countriesd it's white Europeans "discovering" new countries and "claiming" them in the name of whatever flag they were flying under.

Neither has ANYTHING to do with diversity, which is simply living up to your Constitutional belief that all people are created equal, and treating others with respect. That's in the Bible as well.

It always comes down to fearing "replacement". Do you seriously thing people will look the same 100 years from now, assuming global warming hasn't fried our grandchildren? Evolution is improved with the introduction of new bloodlines, and by diversifying the gene pool.

It was an insane and completely unworkable idea.

Modern technology makes it nearly impossible to ship that many Illegals home. The tech of the 1860’s would have made it impossible.

The Slave Trade existed for 200 years. Even packing the Slaves in like sardines it took two centuries to transport them. Add to that number the fact that they were being bred for more slaves and you see the problem. We would still be trying to ship them “home” today.

It was idiotic. It would have bankrupted the nation to even try it. It cost about £5 or 6for every live slave delivered. That would be about $20 at the time. Let’s do some math. It would cost at least $80 million. No congressman was going to vote to spend the gross domestic product several times over to ship Blacks anywhere.

The Southern States would not just sit on them while they lost the 3/5 of a person in the census. Not to mention if you freed the slaves the South would get a big boost in numbers and greater political power which the North would never stand for.

All while the nation is bankrupt trying to hire ships to send the Blacks back to wherever. Idiocy.

But Racists love to mention this. Like it was ever possible. Idiots themselves who never take a moment to consider the logistics of the effort.
