The only desired 'diversity' is diversity of concept, vision, ideas, possibilities, abilities, talent, aptitude, etc. when that is beneficial. Skin color should be of no more importance than hair color or eye color. Nor should gender or sexual orientation should factor into it at all.

If diversity is the goal, the Kansas City Chiefs should have to let me be their quarterback at least some of the time.

The only equity that makes any sense is equity of opportunity to qualify oneself and compete within reason. The Kansas City Chiefs should not be required to waste their time letting me try out for the team as I am quite obviously incapable of even being an effective water girl, much less the quarterback. But there should be no discrimination between allowing everybody who does qualify to compete for jobs, elected positions, appointments, trophies, etc. Equity of outcome according to Jeffries requires us to reject excellence and quality and to lower standards and expectations to the lowest common denominator and that hurts everybody.

Natural diversity enriches us all and there should be no cultural or legal barriers to that happening. Forced diversity harms people by taking away respect and appreciation for their intellect, qualifications, work ethic, ability, aptitude, intuition etc. and makes of them the token or affirmative action or DEI persons. That is a certain prescription for creating barriers to the pursuit of happiness as well as it tends to again lower standards for excellence and quality.
