Donald begs: Not so fast! Asks SCOTUS to help him drag things out. Has he lost faith in his friendly appointments?

If you need to indulge the Cry Baby Loser in his tantrums against the U.S. Constitution, the certified election results of fifty states, our system of justice, and the public servants who are dedicates to following it (and their families), I'm glad that you can respect the right of Americans to vote against him in 2024, a right that he attempted to deny to them in 2020 via inciting his goons to attack Congress, his fake elector schemes, his efforts to intimidate Republican governors, secretaries of state, and others into falsifying the votes of their citizens.

His moral weakness and impotence in being able to handle his loss has destroyed a proud American tradition of peaceful transfers of power, but the nation will be ready if he tries it again.

.... Trump is charged in federal court in D.C. with conspiring to defraud the United States, conspiring to obstruct an official proceeding, obstructing a congressional proceeding and conspiracy against rights — in this case “the right to vote, and to have one’s vote counted.” Each charge relates to Trump’s actions in the aftermath of his November 2020 loss to Joe Biden, including the riot at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, which disrupted the counting of the electoral votes.
It is one of four criminal cases Trump is facing. He was indicted in federal court in Florida, accused of mishandling classified documents after leaving office and obstructing government efforts to retrieve the material; in state court in Georgia over efforts to block Biden’s victory there; and in state court in New York, related to falsifying business records in connection to a hush money payment in the 2016 election.
1. Its called "due process". Before you and the Banana Republic DAs put the bullshit charges on Trump, like the Russia Collusion Hoax, and the illegal FISA spying, and the falsified "evidence" by the FBI (aka Waffen SS) you might want to wait for the legal system to do its work.

Supreme Court denies special counsel's request to take up Trump immunity claim

2. So today Jack Smith got beat in front of the USSC like a baby seal by former AG Ed Meese. The 2024 election will happen before that bullshit case goes to trial.

3. The NY DA Fani Willis has no case. Real estate values are very arbitrary. That case was dismantled in court. Trump can do whatever he wants to with his own money. The appeal is a slam-dunk win for Trump.

4. The GA case by another Trump hating DA, Letitia James, is very weak too..

While we're looking at one 2024 presidential candidate, how about we look at Joe Biden too? Here's "Too Old Joe".

The kvetchers are having a tough time these days, whining about American jurisprudence - substantive, evidence, sworn testimony, trials by jury - and, of course, certified elections.

You can't disqualify Trump by whining, you were more correct when you said:
...but I think every registered voter in the country should have the right to cast a ballot against Trump in 2024.

Doesn't really make much sense to me. If he really believes in his immunity claim then why would he be afraid of SCOTUS getting to that conclusion sooner rather than later?

Trump’s attorneys in a new filing objected to a request by Department of Justice special counsel Jack Smith that the Supreme Court fast track that question, accusing the prosecutor of doing so to harm Trump politically and to help President Joe Biden’s reelection chances.

The former president instead wants the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C., to hear his appeal of a trial court judge’s ruling that he does not have immunity.

Trump urges Supreme Court to let lower court hear immunity appeal first
/----/ Nice try numb nuts. Let the process run its course.

Trump's being charged with 91 felony counts based upon substantive evidence and the sworn testimony of dozens of Republicans is a disparate matter from Americans being allowed to vote against him.

Under our legal system that has the Loser so hysterical, he is innocent until proven guilty, and we must respect a jury's verdict either way, of course.

1. Innocent until proven guilty...but okay...

2. The jury's verdict and the result of any final appeals, correct.

3. Joy Behar on "The View" said that "the courts need to stop Trump or else he'll win."
That seems to be the democrat's game plan. We'll see how it plays out.
