Under Trump, things are getting out of hand. Much of what he promised has worked the opposite way.

Crime rates in the United States have generally declined for over 30 years, with significant downward trends in both violent and property crime beginning in the early 1990s. While there was a notable spike in murders during 2020-2021, crime rates for 2024 and 2025 have hit historic lows, with 2025 marking a record-breaking drop.

That's not how it works.

Police don't get a license to shoot people in the head for refusing an order. There had to be a reasonable threat to the agent or to someone else's life for him to use deadly force.

This is homicide.
Sorry, yes that is how it works, you don't get to elude police because you don't want to be arrested, you don't get to run your car into people, to avoid arrest.

You stop, deal with it in court.

She's dead because she put people's lives at risk with her escape attempt

So true, Trump has given us a historic drop in crime.

Under Trump, things are getting out of hand. Much of what he promised has worked the opposite way.

Today's killing of a woman by an ICE agent in Minneapolis is one MORE example that things are out of hand, and it is all because Trump is "creating" disunity, hate and fear among Americans, to the nth degree.

In 2024, he promised to "Make America Safe Again".

but what has been happening is the opposite, given that he is creating hate, anger, disagreement and fighting among Americans. He s being unfair and unjust to more than half of the population and on top of that, he is creating a situation where our different departments of the country have become political and in his favor, meaning that justice is going out the window and being replaced with injustice. Proof is that now the following agencies are for Trump (and the Republican supporters) and against everyone else:

1) the Attorney General Pam Bondi
2) the Supreme Court with 6 of the 9 judges favoring Trump
3) the loyalty over competence seen in all of Trump's cabinet
4) the 24 billionaires that represent companies like Apple and Google on Trump's side

Bottom line is that this is the opposite of what he originally promised when he ran to be president for the first time in 2016. In 2016, he promised to be a president for ALL Americans

and yet just a year ago he said this. "I do could care less about all Americans

In addition, and done multiple times, he has stated this:

Here is one example of something he has done that creates dissension to the nth degree. In 2018 (and under Trump's presidency), Kelly Yu was arrested. She was an illegal alien that came to the U.S. in 1998 to escape the life she had in China. She built a restaurant business, had 70 employees, her son was born American, and she was married to an American citizen. She was a bonus to her community as she never did anything illegally, paid her taxes faithfully and was a good person to everyone she ever came in contact with her. Trump had her deported.

Bottom line is that now under Trump we have half (or more) of the population fighting the other side, we have unfairness and injustice everywhere and every time, we cannot walk out on the street and not worry about being stopped and interrogated to see if we are legally here or whether we are a threat to the community, we now worry about our health insurance costs, our Medicaid and Medicare, about the education of our children, and about our safety overall about being killed by a mass killer or by a riot instigated as a protest.

Trump has not made us safer or more secure.

So true. He promised to inflation, but it went up instead.

She was obviously trying to get out of there, not run people over.

Use your head.
Debatable.

What's not debatable, though, is the fact she knew was....or very likely was...about to strike a LE officer if she accelerated. She did it anyway. These are the dumbest society has. Winning Darwin awards daily.

Debatable.

It's not at this point. Videos from every angles are in - she is clearly hard steering to the right, the wheels are turning away from the officer on the left and the car is making a right turn.

Yes it is because she in such close proximity to the LE. There is no way to avoid missing hitting him if she accelerated. The effort to turn right was the getaway attempt after hitting the officer. She won a Darwin award for it.

Officer had all the time in the world to get out of the way and IN FACT HE DID after he tried to put his body in front of a car and pulled his gun attempting to prevent Good from fleeing. Doing that, instead of simply moving out of the way is not a legitimate case of use of deadly force, which should be absolutely last resort.

Officer then shooting two more times through the side window (one of which was fatal) can't be argued as having anything to do with self defense.

Haha the victim had all the time in the world to get out of the way? That’s your pathetic defense?
