Yes... as I said, that's what the Dems thought in 2021.Theres an investigation phase, there is the pretrial phase, and then the trial phase. 2-3 years seems fairly appropriate.
You do not have that much time.
What is needed now is thinking outside-the-box.
Snapshot investigations. Snapshot defense-proof indictments. Speedy trials. Speedy sentencing of those found guilty.
Even if that means lighting a fire underneath those investigators, prosecutors and judges.
Time is your enemy in this context.
Follow the Law... but be damned-quick about it... certainly much quicker than has become the norm.
The Dems... and Merrick Garland... stupidly stuck to conventional timing, suffered analysis-paralysis, and ran out of time.
You must learn from the past, not repeat it.
