It was a photo that his butler (Nauta) texted to someone else, not an FBI evidence photo.

Yes they did.
And they covered the classified documents with cover sheets that were taken from the desk drawer, but you know if they had taken photographs of the raw documents they would have created NEW classified documents because the classified documents would have been legible in the photo.

You’re saying Ratcliffe is talking about Smith’s testimony a year and a half before it happened?
You’re not making sense.
If you want to talk about Smith’s testimony, then pull the quotes. It’s all public info.
Ratcliffe is a Trump hack and his characterization of the issue with the evidence is absurd. There was a minor issue with the way some of the documents were ordered, that’s it.
The fact remains that Trump had these documents and the FBI found them when they executed the search warrant. Nothing you’ve said changes that.
