It would stand to reason any president whose actions are struck down in court is too incompetent to be president.
Based on your logic.
Normally I would agree..... Except that the last 25 years have seen an awful lot of activism from the federal bench. By the way any president who doesn't trigger a court case is not working till the full extent of his capacity.... He's going to win this one. The executive branch has every right to look at the records.
