Trump didn't know enough back then and Musk would not be involved... so by cheating the election they really screwed themselves...
Trump and musk don't have a crystal ball but you know they had to anticipate Court challenges and have a plan mapped ahead. It was always a given that the thieves would try to hide their thievery by running to the federal court system. The more federal judges that get involved the more quickly SCOTUS will take notice and get involved too. I actually believe that's the whole point.

They can when the executive branch is in violation of the law.
Yeah....as long as they don't venture into executive privilege. You can't stop the executive from doing what his job is.... Or the secretary from looking at his own records. They could easily ignore that particular court order and have no repercussions for it.

It would stand to reason any president whose actions are struck down in court is too incompetent to be president.
