there was a teen not too far from here that was mauled by some pitbulls. 4 of them i think it was. well she didnt die from the mauling, but it was cold that night and she died of hypothermia. now this went to a grand jury, and of course i know we the public doesnt have all the evidence, and he was found not guilty of knowingly having vicious animals, whatever. but the thing is, while he escaped the charges for the girl being mauled and subsequent dying, they ended up charging him with 9 counts of federal weapons charges.
