My friend who is a republican, showed me a pic of her grandchild, a 7 year old dressed in fatigues, with a weapon, a rifle. She thought it was cute, I thought it was disgusting.
Had my first hunting rifle at 9. Skills helped me later fighting Iraqi Army.
Yes and did you see battle? My opinion of being in battle, they either come back with PTSD, or come back wanting for more bloodshed. No winner from war.
Sure did.
Funny you should mention that. I came back. It took a few months of therapy while on active duty to take care of the worst of the problems. But I have been certified as sane. Yes, cupcake, I have a paper that says I am sane. Can you say the same? While I am certified sane, what is to say that you aren't crazier than a looney bird?
And I don't have any undying need to kill anyone or anything for that matter. I also don't feel the urge to go out and horde lots of guns. I'll leave the hording to others if it trips their trigger. One or two or three is plenty for me. Actually, zero is just as good. When you meet me on the street or enter my home, you just have to ask yourself a question, is it one, two, three or none. Makes things a bit interesting, don't it. It suffices to know that I can and have used weapons and am very capable of using them but I choose not to. It's a choice. I like my choice. It soothes me.
Most of us come back with the only thing we want is to get back to a normal life. What we don't need is for some nutball harping on like you do about a subject you know nothing about. Maybe you need to go find out for yourself.
