I don't, never have. It's just unflavored bread.

sometimes, if I am at my parents I feed it to the dog.

My mother was very fussy when it came to eating pizza. The rule was you couldn't have another slice until you had eaten the whole complete slice of pizza you were working on at the time. That included eating the crust. As a result, I don't mind the crust and usually munch it down with the rest of the pizza. My best friend, on the other hand, wouldn't eat the crust on a dare.
