1) "Hack Your Health: The Secrets of Your Gut" (2024) ~ Netflix

Description from Netflix "Hack Your Health: The Secrets of Your Gut" is a 2024 Netflix documentary following four individuals struggling with gastrointestinal issues. Guided by gut-health expert Dr. Giulia Enders, the film explores how the complex gut microbiome dictates digestion, immunity, and mental health, highlighting the importance of a diverse, plant-rich diet.

2) "Gluten: Public Enemy?" (2021) ~ Full movie is on YouTube

Is the explosion of gluten related issues really from gluten? Or could it be that all the cereal and legume crops are sprayed with glyphosate herbicide during and right before harvesting wheat and other foods.

3) "Poisoned: The Dirty Truth About Your Food" (2023) ~ Netflix

Deadly strains E.coli are not only in meat, it is on your vegetables and fruits. Movie delves into the whole mess. This is not your ordinary E.coli that gives you a stomach ache. It is internal organ destroying strains of E.coli; the kind that once you get it, the chances of you surviving are slim.

Sidenote...

The Black family in "Hack Your Health: The Secrets of Your Gut" (2024) are trying to eat healthier. It has a scene where the family is preparing corn on the cob in the kitchen. Virtually all the corn sold in America in the markets is GMO corn. It was bred to kill insects that eat it by giving them indigestion. And it was also bred to be immune to pesticides that kill all other plants around it.

Trying to find honest and healthy food in America can be almost a full time job. Go look in your supermarket for glyphosate free bread, glyphosate free flour or glyphosate free wheat to grind.

It is almost impossible to avoid bad food sources completely. Eating healthy foods is good but the average person is clueless.
