That civilization started in the Fertile Crescent in 5,000BC in Tigris-Euphrates and that our modern civilization absolutely HAS to be and CAN ONLY be the most advanced civilization that ever walked the planet?

Absolutely not. authors are still re-interpreting what happened at the end of the Roman Republic, while we are pretty certain we know the details since the Romans recorded every day to day event in their government annals.

So even the passage of millenia fails to reconcile us about those events. Every author seems to have their own take.

You can say that about modern liberals. It's amazing what they have brought to this country. The Institutions of higher learning. The Art. The Literature. The science. The inventions. The technology.

Especially the science. The geological sciences and understanding how the earth was created. Climatology. All the biological sciences, including the foundation science of biology, botany and physiology, which of course, is evolution.

And finally, the terrible struggle the liberals had to endure fighting those who want to keep us in the dark ages.

You're a fucking idiot. Do you really think that EVERY fucking situation in the world is not only a partisan problem but one caused by conservatives?

Do us a favor and turn your computer off and leave it off.

I was thinking of something like this

[ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hk6SWtumdK0&feature=related]YouTube - Underwater City Off of Cuba Part 2 (An Update)[/ame]

What looks like Tikal or Teotihuacan, except it's underwater off the shores of Cuba.

When was it built? Is it contemporaneous with the Mayan (nah) Was it built thousands of years before? Was it above sea level before the Ice Age ended, because, Lord know, it takes a ton of effort to built these things and I'm not sure people built them underwater.

There's some rather large disconnect in our time-line.

Can you put yourself on ignore and save us all the trouble?

There's also the question of the Anisazi, as well as the representation of a battery operated light bulb in the pyramids, the Nazca lines, as well as various things they've found in both Mayan and Egyptian pyramids..........

In Egypt? They found a carved wooden bird with part of it's tail broke off......when they put on a tail and stuck it in a simulator? Flew like a glider.

South America? They've found quite a few brooches that looked (at first they thought) like bugs or very stylized representations of birds. A scientist took the brooch, made a model of it that was 3 times larger and stuck a jet engine in it.

Guess what? Fucking thing flew like a jet.

They found them around where the Nazca lines are (which incidentally, can only be seen from the air).

Do we know all of our history to now? No. Probably never will either.

No. The victors generally write history - and much has been lost of that as civilizations have collapsed.

One of the world's great intellectual tragedies was the burning of the Library at Alexandria.

Both of them

I believe most of it except for that part where they tell lies about General Robert E. Lee and his great victory in the Civil War.
