Biden (aka Obama III) is cutting new ground on his way out as the worst President ever, a little worse than FDR

The idea of a "preemptive" pardon is absurd on its face and impossible to stand any legal challenge

That said would the Deep State Terrorists preemptively "pardoned" be free from facing a military tribunal?

Don't know.

But what is required in court is factual evidence. Evidence you fuckups never produce.

Wow, I mean just wow. First thing, Ford's pardon of Nixon was a preemptive pardon. So sorry you don't realize that. But second, military tribunal, I mean are you fucking serious? Is that what this nation has become?

I know a pardon does not apply to a civil case where you sue the filth for money...soooooooo...maybe :dunno:

49.8% maga fuckup stupid.

The President can grant a pardon to a person who was convicted in a United States District Court, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, or a military court-martial.

There is no doubt that U.S. Army major Nadal Hasan murdered 13 American Soldiers in a shooting rampage at Ft. Hood in 2009. He has languished on death row for about a quarter of a century. Will Biden pardon him or will Trump finally give closure to the families of the Soldiers?

To a person WHO WAS CONVICTED...
WHO WAS CONVICTED :eusa_think:

Wouldn't that invalidate any "PREEMPTIVE pardon"???

Biden won't pardon him, but he might commute the sentence to life imprisonment.
