Disqualifying things like this.

They didn’t need to subpoena him. He did a thorough search and incited the FBI to participate as well.

There is no evidence he walked off with them intentionally. He had a few dozen documents, not hundreds like Trump. You’re off by a factor of 10.

Facts like this matter.

Trump made his own mess when he decided the rules didn’t apply to him.
And when your demented fuckstick stole all his docs, the rules didn't apply to him? How do you figure that?

You need evidence he intentionally stole them. We know that classified documents can and are misplaced in the government.

On the other hand, Trump’s statements seem to indicate he felt he had every right to walk off with them and interviews with his staff indicate he was packing his own boxes to take out of the White House, where classified documents were kept in the open frequently.

Even if we give him the benefit of the doubt with regards to accidentally walking off with hundreds of classified documents, and even if we give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn’t even know they were there, it still doesn’t let him off the hook for hiding them from the DoJ after the grand jury subpoena.

LOL your "argument" comes down to he was treated differently becasue he's TRUMP.

Hillary was treated differently. Demented Fuckstick was treated differently. Clinton, Bush and Obama were treated differently.

He’s treated differently because he acted differently.

No where have you even attempted to explain how it is legal for him to hide documents from the DoJ after getting a grand jury subpoena.

Not one word.

He acted differently becasue he was treated differently. As the General Counsel at the Archive told Congress, Unlike every previous President, where the Archive took custody of the docs and helped the President move them, they told Trump to go fuck himself, he's on his own. None of this bullshit would have happened if the Archive treated him like every other President. It was a set up from day one.

That’s not actually true.

But even if it were, you’re supposing Trump didn’t intend to take the documents and his own statements indicate he thought he had every right to do so. That, plus his decision to do it himself, without even getting help from his own staff, make your supposition look very unlikely.

And you STILL aren’t touching the central allegation that he hid documents from the DoJ that turned up when they searched his house.

LOL Yes, he "clarified" his statement after he got back tp the office and had his ass chewed out for telling the truth.

AS you said, it's an allegation, by a hyperpartisan prosecutor bringing unprecedented and novel charges against his boss' political rival. Nah, nothing to question there. LOL

According to who? You just invented this story out of thin air.

Well, considering the FBI raid turned up something like 100 documents that he should have turned over, including some from his own desk, it’s an allegation with significant evidence to back it up. There’s nothing novel about pressing charges against someone who knowingly takes classified documents and hides them from a grand jury subpoena.
