We already know that America is totally opposed to any mention of nuclear weapons.
To be completely honest, America doesn't want to have to face the prospect of victory not ever being possible in a war against another nuclear superpower!

Did you know back in the 1960s that the United States had already developed an anti missile missle called Nike Hercules? It could bring down a nuke before it hit the US? The Democrats thought it wasnt fair because if the United States ever started a war, we could use our missiles and the enemy couldnt respond?
