And didn't acknowledge the existence or make available the thousands of other video's that might have benefited the defendants case.

See... he had access to all 41,000 hours of video. His complaint was that they weren't indexed by individual defendant.

Discovery requires the government hand over thousands of pages of evidence not that they highlight the specific pages or passages. That's the job of the defense to go through the evidence.

The video didn’t show it to be “just a tour of the Capitol” but it did raise questions about security and also showed that it was NOT a 100 percent violent riot; cherry-picked or not.

Both parties put out cherry picked video in regards to January 6th what this did was show what the honest, fair open minded people already knew January 6th was not a mostly peaceful protest nor was it Pearl Harbor and 9-11 rolled into one.
