Obstructing law enforcement is a bad idea.

Its not a capital offense. They literally grabbed an unarmed man from the curb dogpiled him and then MURDERED HIM.

Normal police don't do that shit. Quite defending the indefensible.

Pretti walked five feet to get in an ICE officer's personal space, placing his face inches away from the officer's.

When the officer pushed the woman away from himself, Pretti immediately turned to the officer - not to the woman - and approached the officer.

We can discuss all of that, but not starting off with the false narrative on Innocent Nurse Pretti.

The videos are shaky and grainy, but they show Pretti doing what I said he did not what you say he did.

You cannot be making that claim based on what you saw in the video.So you must be making it based on the narrative that the media is putting out.

I have no reason to believe that the firearm Pretti had on him when he interfered with and assaulted a federal law enforcement officer ever discharged. I i am almost certain that it did not.

Some people that I normally agree with are making that claim. The difference between me and the ICE bashers on here is that somebody claiming something is not enough to convince me, when I can see with my own eyes that their claim is not true.

I doubt seriously that it is DOJ policy to never stand in front of a vehicle.

I am extremely skeptical that ice falls under doj.

I have an example of Portland LE killing someone. No interest.

Hundreds of George Floyd’s have occurred since his death.

Why is it only people interfering with ICE that are getting publicity?

Somehow, peoples lives that can generate political points are more important than others.

Pretti was extremely violent as can be seen in his video a week before he was killed. His ex also stated he has anger problems.
He comes to a protest armed with a gun? Whats his intent? How poor was his judgement. He has it tucked into his pants no holster. He then inserts himself into a confrontation between ice and a woman. Gets OC sprayed and the gun falls out. He is now blind and disarmed. He is restrained by 4 agents and is not an imminent threat. Deadly force is not legal. The agent was wrong to shoot him.

Ok, I’m not necessarily disagreeing with your assessment from the limited information you have.
But, are you privy to all of the information in the investigation? Or simply, like all of us giving your opinion like all of us?

Police have questioned me before. I went to the Hillsborough County DMV a few weeks ago and police at the door asked me for ID and asked what I was doing there. I was so violated! They even made me empty my pockets and walk through a metal detector.

Most of these people already thought that ICE goes too far and are trigger happy, Good was killed, and all of their reactions are to double down and get in ICE's face even more. Then Pretti comes up with the great idea of bringing a gun with him, which will somehow protect him from a bunch of what he thought were trigger happy ICE agents.
