I think this goes back much further, just ask Jesus. The first example I remember was Starr and the Whitewater investigation. Starr never found any wrong doing, Clinton actually lost money, but Starr managed to get Clinton to testify under oath and asked if he had any affairs. Zero connection to Whitewater.

I don't think asking a married man, under oath, if he had an affair was legit. How many Congressional and FBI investigations of Hillary were done? The Clintons are the most thoroughly investigated couple on the planet, if they are not in jail it wasn't for lack of GOP trying.

He signed the law that made it relevant........he was accused of having sex with an intern, Which was a violation of federal law, and the law he signed stated that the past sexual history of the male defendant was in play.........

And the FBI squashed 3 different branches of the FBI investigating the clinton foundation....
