Conspiracy against rights is such an unused and vague term--probably 99.9% of Americans never heard of it--that you can't find the media addressing that pretty much anywhere.

I doubt any prosecutor would want to use that as the foundation for prosecution of somebody as it would be so difficult to impress on a jury what the crime was.
