Unlike most conspiracy statutes, §241 does not require, as an element, the commission of an overt act.
The offense is always a felony, even if the underlying conduct would not, on its own, establish a felony violation of another criminal civil rights statute. It is punishable by up to ten years imprisonment unless the government proves an aggravating factor (such as that the offense involved kidnapping aggravated sexual abuse, or resulted in death) in which case it may be punished by up to life imprisonment and, if death results, may be eligible for the death penalty.

Conspiracy against rights is such an unused and vague term--probably 99.9% of Americans never heard of it--that you can't find the media addressing that pretty much anywhere.
I doubt any prosecutor would want to use that as the foundation for prosecution of somebody as it would be so difficult to impress on a jury what the crime was.

They used illegal FISA warrants violating their 4th Amendment Rights....The attempt to remove Trump from office by creating fake offenses..........

Is my memory failing or was Trump not in office when this happened? Regardless, it is moot since at present, there is no probable cause-based warrant requirement imposed on FBI agents if they want to access the stored communications of Americans swept up under the 702 program (I believe George Bush enacted 702).
