One of the biggest mysteries in the NFL is how the hell Norv Turner is still the coach of the San Diego Chargers.

The Chargers are the most under-achieving team in the NFL, period.

As long as A.J. Smith is the General Manager of the Chargers, they will choke, they will underachieve, and they will NEVER make it to the promised land.

Norv needs to be fired, about three years ago.
