Well you would worry if your kids were mixing with weirdos like this. University is mainly about drinking, sleeping in and getting laid. Religious fanatics should not interfere with that.

Wasn't Oral Roberts (the founder of the school) the televangelist that said he had to raise so many millions of dollars or God was going to "take" him?

I don't think ORU is going to be booted for it.

It's a private school still right?

Play on!

I think that was Rex Humbard but I could be wrong.

He also said once that the town of Jenks should be renamed after him too. The town wanted to re-name the University Jenks U.

Now you know what kind of religious nutzies I had to live around growing up in OKC in the 1960's and 1970's and 1980's.

How the fuck would you know?

The extent of your education is a Madrassa in Pakistan...

What's sick is devoting your will to con man preachers and their wealth worship rather than following what the bible actually says.

Wouldn't know about that. But prohibiting a school from NCAA sports because they are Christian is Nazi bullshit.

Quit preaching hatred and division - problem solved.
Social justice is now on overload. Your agendas drive people crazy. Everyday we listen to the progs on TV spew their venom. All you gotta do is take a step or two back but the Prog agendas has that arrow that keeps moving. Eventually to oblivion.

Yeah. 8 million or God was gonna bring him home or some ridiculous shit.

He didn't meet his goal and God didn't want him at the time after all.

I was disgusted.
