The PRA just wants to ensure that NARA gets a COPY of all the records PRODUCED by a president, for FOIA.
It does not deny the president from keeping their own copy as well and that is the tradition.
And PRA has zero interest in the classified docs that Trump had, which are just weekly cabinet updates, and were NOT at all produced by or reflecting any actions of the president.

The western inhabitants of the Ukraine are not native, but remnants of the failed Polish invasion of 1600.
Which would not normally be a problem since the invasion was over 400 years ago.
But it IS a problem because the Polish who tried to invade and failed, and the most racist and fascist in all of Europe, being descendants of Vlad the Impaler and ran Hitler's death camps in WWII.
The ethnic Polish who took over Kyiv by force of arms in 2014 are not democratically elected and all opposition candidates have either been murdered, imprisoned, or exiled.
It is about the single worst government on the planet, murdering over 30k ethnic Russians who were natives of the Ukraine, stealing billion in oil/gas from Russian pipelines, trying to put NATO nukes on Russia's border, trying to prevent Russia from using Sevastopol, etc., all in violation of treaties from 1992 to 1994.
