'White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre violated the Hatch Act, the federal law limiting certain political activities of federal employees to prevent influencing elections, one government watchdog has found.'

The entire Biden administration appears to be filled with criminals, from the President all the way down to his Press Secretary.

Most Criminal Administration EVUH!

White House press secretary violated Hatch Act, watchdog agency says

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre violated a law intended to prevent federal employees from using their offices to influence elections when she repeatedly referred to “mega MAGA Republicans” in the run-up to the 2022 midterms, a government watchdog agency said.

“Because Ms. Jean‐Pierre made the statements while acting in her official capacity, she violated the Hatch Act prohibition against using her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election,” Ana Galindo‐Marrone, who leads the agency's Hatch Act Unit, wrote in a letter Wednesday.

So, how long will it be before the DOJ indicts her? Or, is she above the law? And, what about election fraud? Will there be a penalty for influencing the election? How about an apology to Trump for claiming election fraud when there really was election fraud?

No one cares. Not a lick. I mean, seriously..no..one..gives..a..shit.

Double standards and hypocrisy will really harm the U.S publics faith in the system. Canada is way ahead of you. If people feel it is two-tiered, foreign agencies will have a field day recruiting wthin your nation.

Of course not.

We already know, that the establishment bureaucracy is now a tool of CFR politicians, bureaucrats, and mostly the corporate DNC and corporate GOP politicians. It is self-evident.

The laws are only for those who are their opposition now.

From the NBC content via yahoo.com. . .

". . . Despite having found Jean-Pierre in violation of the law, the Office of Special Counsel “decided to close this matter without further action,” Galindo‐Marrone wrote in last week's letter to Protect the Public’s Trust, noting that the White House counsel’s office “did not at the time believe that Ms. Jean‐Pierre’s remarks were prohibited.”

“We have decided not to pursue disciplinary action and have instead issued Ms. Jean‐Pierre a warning letter,” Galindo‐Marrone wrote.. . . . "

So, you're saying that if crimes are similar and one person isn't charged then the other person shouldn't be charged either.
The question is easy. Did anyone from the Trump administration suffer any consequences as a result of them violating the Hatch Act?
This is a yes or no question. If the answer is no, then The Hatch Act means nothing...so no one gives a shit.

Move on. I've read the indictment doc against Trump. Your boy is in a WORLD of hurt tonight...and it's all his fault...as usual. :)

He is in a world of hurt because the weaponized DOJ and Democrats are abusing their power for partisan politics.

Blah, the Hatch Act needs to go the way of the Espionage Act....Both need either revamping or repealed.

In the meantime the Hatch Act is a law, not thay Garland would enforce it against a Democrat.
