What about the fact that RvW was a horrible USSC decision, based on a non-existent "right" (privacy), and violating the cardinal rule of appellate practice: Don't legislate from the bench?

Those who signed this petition are not stupid. They all know that the Supreme Court decision was the correct legal and Constitutional outcome, and yet they want to silence one of the voices of reason, because they would like reality to be different from what it is.

The Left is evil. Not just wrong, evil.

Now when you say they are "evil", that makes people like mac start to have seizures cuz he does not believe in evil. For people like him, only centralized and unquestioned power matters.

No, evil does not exist, unless they were part of the January 6th crowd or MAGA supporters, but I think that is only common sense.

So why do those in power want to return to Roe vs. Wade? Do they have any notion that the Constitution should come before their political thirst for power? No, they could care less. So why are they hell bent on Roe?

Because it was a constitutional right with 50 years of precedent.
